If you follow our study guidelines exactly as outlined in the course syllabus, in the unlikely event that you do not receive a passing score on your first attempt at the state insurance exam, we will allow you an additional 30 days to study at no charge.*
Refund Policy
In purchasing our courses, students receive a temporary license for proprietary intellectual property as a part of our online training courses. All sales are considered final. We will, however, issue a full refund for an online course or exam if you have not accessed the course and make your request within 3 days after your purchase date.
